Reporting directly to President Devin Stephenson, the CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and provide strategic leadership across finance and accounting, facilities and safety, procurement, auxiliary enterprises, and risk management. The successful candidate will be a highly engaged, collaborative, and solutions-oriented leader who combines exceptional financial stewardship with a strong commitment to the University's mission and strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong financial and administrative leadership experience, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust across a complex organization. A master's degree or higher in a business-related discipline and at least 10 years of progressively responsible administrative and financial experience are required.
This is an on-campus position requiring permanent residency in Polk County.
