We are seeking a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) surgeon with a strong interest in education and leadership to join our expanding practice and lead our Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery. Teaching responsibilities may include training and supervision of Ob/Gyn residents and medical students with plans to start a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Interest in educational leadership is highly desirable. Faculty appointment is available at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Clinical responsibilities may include gynecologic care and minimally invasive surgery. Our growing practice provides multidisciplinary care of patients with complex conditions such as: *Fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding, *Chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis and *Abnormal placentation and complex ectopic pregnancies. The MIGS surgeons at Penn Medicine provide expertise in multiple surgical modalities such as laparoscopy, robotics, and operative hysteroscopy. Research or scholarship responsibilities may include basic, translational, clinical and/or health policy research. Collaborative science is highly valued. Applicants should have an established research program and an outstanding record of publications.
