Clerical Assistant 2 - Registrar's Office
Reporting directly to the Assistant Registrar for Undergraduate Graduation, this position is the front-facing first contact in the office, seated at the front desk and providing front line support to facilitate all walk in and phone inquiries to the high-volume Registrar’s Office. The area of concentration for this role is to support the undergraduate degree auditor with all duties necessary for seamless graduation administration including but not limited to filing, organizing, data entry, correspondence, report creation and proofreading. This position also manages status updates of withdrawing and leaves of absence seeking undergraduate students including processing, tracking, and reporting on these status changes. This position acts as a leader for the recordkeeping file review process, which requires monitoring of records, proofing of records, adjustment of records and record seeking. This involves collaboration between staff from this department and the Admissions department. This position will serve as a backup for e-mail inquiries to the general e-mail box in support of the secretary to the registrar. This position will serve as backup for the change of major process.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a College Administration Office (especially a Registrar’s Office)
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Document Imaging

The starting salary for this position is $36,108.00, based on the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.
