They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; as well as an appropriate level of IT skills. They should also be a good team player with self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility. Degree holders will be offered the functional title of Executive Assistant.

The appointee will provide support in human resources and perform other ad hoc and non-routine tasks as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
