Clerkship Program Coordinator 1 (Savannah Campus)
Job Summary
Travel to potential clinical rotation sites to meet and build rapport with hospital officials, doctors and preceptors in order to evaluate suitability for training opportunities for our students and negotiate affiliation agreements. Prepares affiliation agreements for clinical rotation sites. Manages and updates affiliation agreement database. Manages and updates One45 - our tracking software program for use with our students that documents their evaluations of their preceptors, their completed procedures while on rotation and evaluations done by preceptors on their performance. Schedules the clinical year for Physician Assistant students. Coordinate the collection and manipulation of data to promote/assure the plan to disseminate outcomes and results. Increase access of program students to healthcare learning opportunities of typically underserved minority/Hispanic communities by increasing the number of rotations in these areas. Complete site visits to these areas to build rapport and clinical rotation sites.
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements: High School graduate with a minimum 2 years administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Educational Qualifications: Some college preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
SKILLS: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to build professional relationships. Computer literate, proficient with MS Office Suite of software.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F
Pay Band: 7
Salary Minimum: $20.29/hour - $21.85/hour
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
Recruitment Period: 9/24/25 - Until Filled
