Potential for or demonstrated excellence in teaching accounting courses at the university level as evidenced by organization and communication skills.Desired Qualifications:
- The ability to teach courses in a broad range of topical areas, including tax, audit, data analytics, financial, and/or managerial accounting,
- Potential for or demonstrated excellence in curriculum development and service,
- Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence through innovative teaching practices, cutting-edge research, and/or thought leadership in academic or professional communities,
- Potential for or demonstrated experience with online teaching modalities,
- Teaching experience at an AACSB-accredited institution,
- Potential for or demonstrated engagement with the accounting profession,
- Research publications in accounting or a related field,
- CPA certification or other related professional certification, and
- AACSB faculty qualification as a scholarly academic (SA).
Application Instructions
The application deadline is February 23, 2026. Applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis for a reserve pool. Applications in the reserve pool may then be reviewed in the order in which they were received until the position is filled. Candidates will be asked to create or use an existing Interfolio Dossier to submit the following:
- cover letter that addresses how you meet the qualifications
- resume or CV
- evidence of teaching competency/teaching evaluations
- a list of 3 references.
