"Clinical Director of Consultative-Liaison, Emergency Department, and Crisis Services/Psychologist"

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Department of Psychiatry, is seeking a full-time Clinical Director of Consultative-Liaison (CL), Emergency Department (ED), and Crisis Services (CS) within the Pediatric Mental Health Institute (PMHI) of Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO) and a faculty Psychologist within the Division of Child and Adolescent Mental Health (DCAMH) at CU.

Job Summary: The CU DCAMH, PMHI, and CHCO are transforming children's mental health care in Colorado. This role involves overseeing clinical programming, monitoring quality, and optimizing operations for CL/ED/CS services. The director will support training, research, and collaborations to advance the mission of PMHI as a national leader in child mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement evidence-based clinical programming in CL/ED/CS.
• Set standards of practice and lead regulatory efforts.
• Monitor fidelity to clinical models and assess service effectiveness.
• Lead quality improvement and research activities.
• Provide direct clinical care to patients and families.
• Contribute to teaching, scholarship, and service in the Department of Psychiatry.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. or Psy.D., completion of an APA-approved doctoral program and internship, and eligibility for Colorado Psychologist licensure. Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in an interdisciplinary, hospital-based program, with expertise in clinical leadership, teaching, and scholarship.

Salary Range: Anticipated pay ranges from $105,000 to $205,000 depending on rank, with an administrative leadership stipend of $6,000.
