Reporting to the HCM Department Chair, the Clinical Faculty will work closely with the Human Capital Management Faculty and the Academic Director to implement a strategic vision for enhancing the MSECOC program’s industry standing and market visibility locally, nationally, and internationally. This includes collaborating with industry professionals and academics to advance the program’s applied professional mission.

Position Details:

The successful candidate will teach in-person within the graduate program with occasional online assignments; develop courses; advise students; collaborate with other faculty and industry partners; and engage with the broader NYU SPS academic community, as appropriate. Faculty are expected to contribute to the Division’s ongoing investments in scholarly work/research, pedagogy, and corporate collaboration. They will also engage in meaningful service or administrative work to the department, school, and/or university. This full-time position is a nine-month appointment with a two-year renewable faculty contract.

Compensation:

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $100,000-$160,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
