The Vice Chief for Clinical Strategy and Community Engagement will work in partnership with the General Medicine Division Chief and Division Administrator to implement this mission. The University of Michigan's Division of General Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine is seeking board certified/eligible candidates for a faculty position to join our dynamic and well-established division. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in patient care and teaching in our expanding Academic Primary Care Group. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical license in the State of Michigan as well as be board certified or board eligible. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with other clinicians. Good oral and written communication skills are essential. Evidence of clinical competence and didactic teaching is expected. Prior training or clinical experience at a major academic medical center is preferred.
