Position Summary: CLIN NURSE 4

Required Qualifications:

• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certificate Course
• Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills by a minimum of four points in leadership roles/responsibilities within the last three years, which may be obtained through the following: Leadership of a project team with effective project outcome and implementation; Advanced degree (MSN) with a focus in leadership; Relief PCC; Qualified Preceptor; Leadership of a Practice Council or in a professional organization; House Supervisor; Membership in a professional development program, Quality Councils and/or PI Teams; Skin Prevalence Nurse; Teaching a class/skills lab or acting as a Clinical instructor; and/or success as an EPIC Superuser. • Minimum of four years recent clinical nursing experience in Adult Acute Care, at least two of the years must be in Telemetry
• Complete understanding of patient classification system & staffing requirements for the patient population
• All external candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Ability to work variable shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
• Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Licenses and Certifications:

• Registered Nurse
• Oncology Certified Nurse
• Basic Life Support
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
