"Clinical Research Aide - Health and Rehab Sciences"

Position Summary

The Research Aide will assist in a community-based project aimed at improving support for families of children with traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) in Ohio. This role focuses on gathering and analyzing resources available to parents, as well as organizing and facilitating focus groups to better understand family needs.

Job Requirements

High School graduate required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Familiarity with TBIs in children and family caregiving challenges in Ohio is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and skill in working with diverse families. Comfort with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
