Job Description Summary: The Clinical Research Assistant works with multidisciplinary teams including patients/study participants, families, physicians, administrative staff, and sponsor and CRO representatives to coordinate all aspects of clinical research.
Job Description:
- Support academic and clinical research.
- Recruit, consent, and follow up with study participants.
- Process data collection, entry, and management.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for regulatory review.
- Manage and reply to project-related correspondence.
- Attend lab and project meetings.
- Assist in the acquisition of research materials from campus facilities.
- Assist in administrative duties as related to assigned studies.
- Confer with Principal Investigator/Project Manager to review work assignments.
- Assist in the development and adaptation of SOPs.
- Review abstracts and other literature.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS). Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field. Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
Work Experience: Experience in a clinical research setting.
Skills: Communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Statement: The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding.
Pay Range: $22.66 - $32.85
