The University of Pennsylvania is a world-renowned leader in education, research, and innovation. This role involves supporting Phase I-IV clinical trials, registries, and grant-funded studies for the Advanced Lung Disease Program.
Job Description Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will screen, recruit, consent, and enroll eligible subjects; schedule visits; collaborate on research testing; and handle biospecimen samples. Coordinators will follow University, FDA, and GCP regulations.
Clinical Research Coordinator A: Coordinates Phase II and III trials under supervision, including recruitment, preparing materials, maintaining documentation, and progressing to independent tasks with experience.
Clinical Research Coordinator B: Coordinates Phase I-IV trials with minimal supervision, including implementing protocols, patient education, vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, data collection, and participation in study meetings.
Qualifications:
- Clinical Research Coordinator A: Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience; strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Clinical Research Coordinator B: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience; phlebotomy preferred, with strong organizational skills.
Pay Range: $46,500.00 - $52,661.00 Annual Rate.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the Perelman School of Medicine.
