Job Description Summary
The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is seeking a full-time Research Coordinator to support a new NIH-funded R01 to study the role of libraries in the overdose crisis.
DUTIES:
- Lead development, validation, and maintenance of the Public Libraries Cohort (PLC) database.
- Coordinate and oversee recruitment of libraries into the PLC.
- Collect qualitative data through interviews.
- Analyze qualitative data.
- Manage survey administration and participant incentives.
- Help develop survey instruments and conduct pilot testing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Superior organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple activities.
- Experience independently managing projects.
- Ability to work in a self-guided, fast-paced environment.
- Experience submitting grant reports and IRB protocols preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in health sciences, public health, or related area.
