An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Clinical Dentistry for a Clinical Staffing Coordinator. You will provide a high-quality support service to staff across the School acting as the first point of contact for enquiries related to clinical staffing and scheduling. Activities will include producing and maintaining clinical staffing allocations, ensuring that all clinical teaching events are appropriately staffed.

You will work closely with School and Trust colleagues, offering advice and referring complex queries where needed.

You will have excellent IT literacy, including experience of using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential, along with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work flexibly.

This is a campus-based role, with hours negotiable.
