Serve as the primary liaison to pharmaceutical industry partners and sponsors to help ensure evaluation and deployment of new research opportunities.

Manage and complete study start-up activities to include completion of feasibility and other questionnaires, scheduling and coordination of pre-study meetings, study qualification visits, and assisting with assigning study coordinator resources

Work closely with the start-up team to coordinate all new protocol review and initiation activities, including with the regulatory and contracts/billing teams.

Serves as a liaison with designated service providers to ensure successful deployment of protocol requirements.

Accountable for scheduling and coordination of all visits to the HCCR, including PSVs, SIVs, monitoring visits, and with MSLs and other research partners.

Independently responsible for the initial entry and maintenance of protocol specific documents and tracking information within the Clinical Trials Management System.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience

• Associate's degree in related field.
• Three (3) years' experience with clinical research.
• May accept a combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in clinical research management.
• Training or experience in the oncology field.
• Clinical Research Professional Certification.
