The University of Glasgow’s Small Animal Hospital is seeking to recruit a Clinician to supervise veterinary undergraduate students (BVMS 5) participating in all aspects of first opinion small animal clinical services, primarily at partner sites off campus, with an emphasis on supervising student clinical activities. You will support the teaching and assessment of clinical, professional and communication skills and associated administration.
The School of Biodiversity One Health and Veterinary Medicine has an excellent international reputation in teaching, clinical services and research and is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), the European Association of Establishments of Veterinary Education (EAEVE) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Our on-site clinical facilities are one of the most sophisticated in Europe allowing companion animals from across the United Kingdom to benefit for the most advanced care available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the year from some of the best specialist vets in the world.
Applications are invited from candidates with a veterinary degree registered with the RCVS and substantial relevant experience of clinical small animal practice.
