Qualification

• CMO – MBBS/MD – Freshers and experienced Doctors can apply for the post.
• ICU – Staff Nurse – B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing – Experienced (critical care or emergency care) and Registered.

Job Description - CMO

1. To provide emergency medical care as per protocol attending the casualty.
2. To be responsible for coordination between all clinicians attending the patient in casualty and ensuring continuous medical care for the patients being admitted to the hospital.
3. To monitor and improve performance metrics and patient outcomes.
4. To ensure proper management of MLcases at the casualty.
5. To ensure maintenance and operational status of all emergency equipment at the casualty.
6. To ensure availability of all emergency drugs at the casualty.

Job Description - ICU Staff Nurse

1. To provide critical care to ICU patients.
2. Monitoring medication, administration emergency response.
3. To work with surgeons, anaesthesiologist and other specialists to ensure safe, effective patient care.
4. To maintain patient records, treatment plans and progress notes.
5. Communicate effectively with patients and their families offering updates and emotional support.
6. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and legal requirements.
