Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care and interested in expanding your clinical skills? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Home team.

At HMC, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and well-staffed work environment where CNAs can focus on providing quality care to residents. Our Nursing Home is a private-pay facility, allowing us to maintain a care model centered around individualized resident needs. Our low resident-to-CNA ratios and strong staffing practices support teamwork, resident safety, and quality care while helping our CNAs provide the attention and personal care our residents deserve.

In this role, you will provide hands-on care to residents while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to quality, compassionate, and resident-centered care. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

Grow Your Skills Through Hospital Cross-Training

At Hopedale Medical Complex, we believe in investing in our employees and creating opportunities to grow. CNAs in our Nursing Home may have the opportunity to cross-train in our Hospital and gain valuable experience caring for Med Surg patients.

This cross-training opportunity allows CNAs to broaden their clinical experience, develop additional patient-care skills, and gain exposure to the hospital setting while continuing to build on the strong foundation of CNA skills. For CNAs interested in expanding their knowledge and exploring future opportunities in healthcare, this is a chance to learn and grow within the HMC team.

This position is primarily based in the HMC Nursing Home, with opportunities for cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital/Med Surg unit based on patient care needs, staffing, and training.

Join a team where you can make a difference today while building skills for tomorrow.
