from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
2nd shift has a $1.00 shift premium, 3rd shift has a $2.00 shift premium
Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus ranging from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations. We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical Lathe or CNC Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team. Why You Should Choose Us:

CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Operator Qualifications:
- Machine Operators - CNC Machinists need to be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have a positive attitude
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity and quality requirements
- Zero defect quality mentality
CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Operator Responsibilities:
- The Machine Operator is responsible for running CNC Mills or Lathes
- Using a variety of precision measuring devices
- Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications
- Striving for continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a robot cell structure operating multiple machines at a time
- Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems
- Maintain a clean work area
- CNC Machinists need to have the ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to change your own tools.
- Walk and stand for the entire shift
- Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area.
