"Coaching, Initial Focus: Assistant Football Coach (Part-Time Pool)"

Under the general supervision of a Dean and work direction of an Athletic Director and Head Coach, an Assistant Coach provides comprehensive instruction and leadership to student-athletes. This includes responsibility for assisting the Head Coach with the recruitment of student-athletes, team scheduling, programming, and public relations.

Representative Duties: Provide instruction, mentoring, and coaching to student athletes; assist in planning and scheduling competitions; establish and maintain safety standards; create a positive atmosphere for student-athletes; assist with recruiting; develop team budgets; ensure program compliance; promote interest in athletic events.
