Job Details:
- Maintain a supportive and unrestricted living environment.
- Model daily living skills such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, organization, adaptability, and time management
- Facilitate weekly suite meetings and build positive relationships with residents.
- Assist with transportation and daily routines as appropriate.
- Support social skill development and conflict resolution
- Respond appropriately to student concerns or crises and follow reporting procedures
- Collaborate with CoastalLIFE staff and attend required trainings
- Uphold university and program policies, professionalism, and confidentiality

Required Qualifications:
- Will be a full-time CCU student in the FA26 academic year
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
