Five plus years of progressively responsible acquisitions and/or electronic resources experience Three years of supervisory experience with the ability to lead staff, develop, and manage efficient workflows/processes in support of strategic goals Excellent oral and written communication skills through a variety of communication methods Proven ability to adapt to a changing information landscape, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity Demonstrated commitment to professional development/achievement Preferred Qualifications - Experience partnering with campus procurement office and basic accounting systems
- Knowledge of current trends in Electronic Resource Management
- Experience with assessment and related tools such as Alma Analytics, Oracle, ShinyApps, Tableau, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with electronic resources technical standards such as COUNTER, KBART, and SUSHI.
- Experience managing streaming media purchases, access, and holdings.
