Hiring Range
$55,038.89 - $70,174.59
Education
Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, workforce development, student affairs, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
Master’s degree in education, public administration, workforce development, student affairs, business administration, or a related field preferred.
Required Licensing/Certification
Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, faculty, administrators, military-affiliated individuals, community organizations, and external partners.
- ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases, reporting systems, or student information systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential student information appropriately
- Ability to maintain the security or integrity of critical infrastructure, which may include communications systems, computer networks and systems, cybersecurity systems, electrical grid, hazardous waste treatment or water treatment system.
- Program-coordination experience in higher education, workforce development, veteran services, military-affiliated programming, or a grant-funded environment.
- Experience supporting veterans and active-duty service members.
- Knowledge of military education benefits, military transcripts, and the challenges service members may experience when transitioning into higher education and civilian employment.
- Familiarity with Prior Learning Assessment principles and practices.
- Familiarity with the American Council on Education Military Guide, military credit recommendations, credit-articulation processes, or competency-based education.
- Experience working with student information systems, case-management systems, data-tracking platforms, or grant-reporting systems.
- Experience developing or supporting workforce pipelines, employer partnerships, community partnerships, or career-transition initiatives.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting participant and program-outcome data.
- Limited standing and/or walking.
- Handling light weight objects.
- Using or carrying equipment.
- Stoop, bend or lift.
