PLEASE NOTE: The starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $4,047.00 per month to $5,032.00 per month (Step 1 to Step 12).

About the Position

Under general direction of the Associate Dean for Student Equity and Success, this position is responsible for coordination of the full scope of activities performed by the STEM LAB and the College of Science Student Service Center as well as providing ancillary support to the College and leading special projects. Anticipates problems, institutes measures to prevent occurrence and resolves problems as they arise. Responsibilities include: STEM LAB payroll; hiring student assistants, monitoring and approving student hours in Peoplesoft; overseeing STEM LAB budget and purchasing; assisting with the LA schedule; handle advisor calendars and answering student queries; room scheduling; event coordinating; college curriculum support; webpage, communication, and social media coordination and development. Provides historical and operational continuity for these units.
