Position Summary
Drives student recruitment and enrollment growth through targeted outreach, relationship building, and data-informed recruitment strategies. Represents the College throughout the community, engages prospective students and families, and coordinates recruitment activities and the Student Ambassador Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implements recruitment and outreach strategies aligned with College enrollment goals and targeted student populations.
Represents the College at schools, college fairs, community organizations, and local, regional, and statewide recruitment events.
Conducts presentations, information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events for prospective students, families, educators, and community partners.
Builds relationships with prospective students, school personnel, and community organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
Tracks prospective students and coordinates strategic follow-up through multiple communication channels to increase application and enrollment conversion.
Coordinates the Student Ambassador Program, including recruitment, scheduling, supervision, and participation in campus tours and outreach events.
Monitors recruitment data and prepares reports to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborates with College departments to coordinate recruitment initiatives and provides enrollment support during peak periods.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree.
Two (2) years of related experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment services, student services, outreach, marketing, sales, community engagement, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Ability to travel for recruitment activities and work evenings and weekends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Higher education recruitment, admissions, or related experience.
Experience working with varied populations.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong communication, public speaking, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze recruitment data, and represent the College professionally. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and student information systems, social media, and recruitment technologies.
