Job Description
Responsible for evaluating all “Winning Backup” & above level prospects with eligibility remaining at major P4 schools in conjunction with Director of Player Personnel. Responsible for starting point for the college evaluation pipeline. Prospects graded above a certain level will get passed onto Player Personnel leaders & eventually on to the coaching staff. Evaluate top college prospects & likely portal entries. Assist with agent communication. Leverage NFL experience & agent relationships to help identify Portal prospects. Training camp self-scout; complete evaluations on all scholarship players before Week 1. Playoff Advance assistant: will collaborate with staff to share the workload to ensure that the Advance is completed on time.
Complete evaluations on all scholarship players after the Spring Game. Assist with high school evaluation. Help share the offseason HS evaluation workload. Camp prospect evaluation and assist in the organization of summer HS camps & provide evaluations on all top prospects.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
