Responsible for evaluating all “Winning Backup” & above level prospects with eligibility remaining at major P4 schools in conjunction with Director of Player Personnel. Responsible for starting point for the college evaluation pipeline. Prospects graded above a certain level will get passed onto Player Personnel leaders & eventually on to the coaching staff.
