Assist department in the performance of duties to support Human Resource functions and initiatives for all areas of the department. General administrative duties and data entry. Organize and update HR personnel records and storage, using both hard copy and electronic records management systems. Assist HR staff with printing and mailing employee ID badges. May distribute mail and prepare mailings. Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary. Greet and properly address applicants and staff inquiries. May correct and build departmental records. Maintain supplies of applicant and new hire materials. Perform related duties as assigned. Some education including relevant course work and/or formal training in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred.
