This position will act as the visionary expert for the respective ensemble. Be responsible for all elements of running the Color Guard program both during marching band and the winter indoor season.

Responsibilities could include any and/or all of the following: Rehearsal skills, performance skills, (both individual and group), show design, costume and silk design, ability to communicate well with others. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment while producing quality instruction and choreography on tight timelines.

• Assist in show planning and design
• Teach technique/indoor program
• Performances in conjunction with the marching band
• Recruiting (meetings, auditions and clinics)
• Design and production of performances during the year
• Budgeting for Supplies, Professional/Technical Services and Capital Equipment
• Possibly establish a competitive collegiate winter guard program

Calendar: Based on Class Schedule (MWF- 3:40-5:20pm), NC State Football home games, select away games, and other performances throughout the season.
