tdgFacilities is looking for a full-time, year around Commercial Landscape Crew Foreman to help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated route
- mulching
- plant and flower install
- weeding flowerbeds
- trimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape
- shoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weather
- preparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
- Experience managing a crew preferred.
- Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
- Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
- Ability to work overtime.
