This is a 6-month intensive traineeship designed to equip fresh graduates with practical, operational, strategic and analytic skills in marketing data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting.

The program covers core areas such as execution, data analysis, client management, operations, and project management within a dynamic marketing environment.

The program includes:

• Structured classroom training. 
• Hands-on field experience. 
• Rotation across multiple departments. 
• Continuous mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

During the program, you will:

• Support field and office sales activities.
• Identify and engage prospective customers while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Learn through coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Collect, clean, organize, and visualize sales and route to market data
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in developing dashboards and visual reports using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update CRM systems.
• Support sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads. 
• Participate in field operations and logistics coordination. 
• Collaborate with teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete assigned training, projects, and performance objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire 
• A Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 / Licence or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering or any related field from a recognized institution.
• 0 – 1 years of work experience 
• Be between the ages of 19 – 25 years.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis is an advantage
• Oral and Verbal Fluency in English.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
