The post holder will work closely with the Theological House Principals of the CTF Durham Awards Oversight Group (DAOG), the Directors of Studies, the CTF Durham University Liaison Officer and the Head of Central Services to improve and develop Common Awards programme delivery and enhance the reputation of the CTF as a unique ecumenical Theological Education Institute.

- Annual Salary: £18,000 per annum (FTE £45,000)
- FTE equivalent of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Pro rata leave for part time employees
- Willing to work to actively advance the aims of the CTF as an ecumenical provider of theological education
- We will automatically enrol you into the Church of England pension scheme with a generous employer contribution
- 2 year fixed contract
