Communications and Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Lucy Cavendish College is seeking to appoint a Communications and Marketing Manager to oversee the College’s internal and external communications, social media content, and brand management.

The postholder will build on the College’s comprehensive Communications and Marketing Strategy, creating tailored marketing and communications materials for a wide range of audiences, from prospective students to alumni. Through a variety of activities, the successful candidate will strengthen engagement with key stakeholders and contacts, while initiating and managing events that raise the profile of the College.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies, delivering projects that engage diverse audiences, and a strong understanding of design principles for both print and digital media. They will be an effective communicator, capable of engaging a broad range of audiences, organising events, and working with the media to enhance the College’s profile.

Ideally, the successful candidate will take up the post on 24 August 2026.
