About the Role

Join a dynamic, student-centred team where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering communications for current students across the student lifecycle. • planning, building and executing targeted communications across multiple channels, including web, eDMs, SMS, and other digital platforms
  • building and delivering email marketing campaigns using an enterprise-level marketing automation platform (e.g. Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce, Marketo or similar) and applying segmentation and dynamic content to personalise communications
  • writing and editing clear, accurate and on-brand communications for diverse audiences and channels
  • using data, metrics and insights to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in communications activity
  • building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and working effectively across teams to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Experience in tertiary education, student lifecycle communications, and communications platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard or similar is desirable.

Qualifications

  • A valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement
