Salary Range: $51,303 to $71,893 (placement is dependent upon education and experience)

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree with a major in sociology or a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in sociology.

- Coursework beyond the Master’s degree

- Post-secondary teaching experience
- An understanding of the community college mission...
- Experience serving diverse and underserved population
- Experience in online learning... such as D2L
- Experience using innovative teaching and learning approaches
- Experience providing strategies to create a sense of belonging within the classroom
- A commitment to support the success and retention of underrepresented students...
- Evidence of professional development related to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Evidence of professional development related to the discipline and/or instruction
- Demonstrated commitment to collegial activities...
