Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time position: Competitive Sports Program Coordinator in University Recreation.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Sport Management, Physical Education, Business or related field. One (1) year of related experience in athletics and/or recreation programming and events.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree preferred. One (1) year of related experience in a student development and management position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination, management & administration of comprehensive intramural program.
- Markets, promotes, schedules and evaluates the intramural program and participation.
- Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates student employees for the intramural program and Williams Brice Facility.
- Resources and risk management for overall program and its needs.
- Schedules, coordinates and assists in management of Club Sports Program.
Program Coordinator I (AH35/61122361/ FTE -S01056P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 05. Salary range: $39,764.00 (minimum) to $56,670.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
