Supports the university's Research Regulatory Affairs Program through the administration, monitoring, and coordination of disclosure reviews, international collaboration assessments, research security certifications, foreign affiliation reviews, and related compliance activities. Serves as a primary operational resource supporting federal research security requirements, including NSPM -33, USDA , and other sponsor requirements related to foreign engagements, international collaborations, and disclosure obligations. Coordinates high-volume review and monitoring activities. Maintains compliance records and reporting systems. Supports training, communications, and collaborates with faculty, departmental administrators, compliance offices, and university leadership to ensure timely and consistent implementation of research security requirements. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in research administration, compliance, sponsored programs, research security, export control, international programs, or higher education administration. City: New Brunswick State: NJ Equipment Utilized: This position must use Visual Compliance and Dimensions screening software, have familiarity with database systems, Microsoft 365, and extensive use of remote meeting environments. This position must set up and attend remote Zoom meetings.
