The Concert Hall and Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and technically executing events and productions in the OU School of Music performance halls. This position leads event production operations, including scheduling, stage management, technical logistics, recording, and livestream support. The employee trains and supervises graduate assistants who staff these functions. The Coordinator works directly with the School of Music administration, faculty, ensemble directors, students, and guest artists to ensure that every performance and production is executed to the highest professional standards. Regular evening and weekend availability is a core expectation of this role.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
