Acts as the "owner's representative" on campus construction projects, including interpreting, administering, and enforcing contracts during the construction phase. • Performs a variety of assignments and analyses that impact the Engineering Construction & Design function • Analyzes, reviews and designs construction plans, specifications, and equipment as needed • Solves routine to complex problems and provides solutions, recommendations, etc. • Analyzes potential solutions using experience, judgments and precedence, providing input and recommendations • Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team, ensuring efficient workflows, productivity, etc. • Explains complex information to others, ensuring audience understanding • Provides project management on various multi-disciplinary projects ensuring compliance with contract documents and industry standards Shift 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Minimum Qualifications "A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Licensure may be required." Preferred Qualifications •Must possess a valid driver’s license, which will allow legal operation of a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.
