Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience in a print production environment and familiarity with the campus and various bindery machines, including folder, cutter and booklet maker desired.

Job Description

Responsible for finishing and delivery of printed materials and copy paper. Under general supervision of Production and Distribution Supervisor and Manager of Publishing and Distribution Services.

About the Team

Responsibilities

Operates folder, paper cutter, collator, paper punch, comb binder, booklet maker and laminating to complete printed materials.

Stocks and organizes paper and supplies from warehouse to Print Shop.

May need to work some seasonal flex shifts including some early mornings and later evenings.

Assists in the preparation, installation and delivery of printed materials on campus.

Routinely handles documents that include confidential information.

Assists with deliveries during peak, vacation and other times when staffing is limited.

Performs related duties as assigned.
