Contracts & Nutrition Program Specialist

Support essential services that help older adults live safely and independently as a Contracts & Nutrition Program Specialist. In this role, you’ll oversee contracts for nutrition, homemaker, and respite programs - ensuring services are delivered effectively, compliantly, and with the highest level of care.

You’ll manage procurement and contracting processes in alignment with state and federal guidelines, monitor provider performance, and conduct both desktop and on-site reviews. As the primary contact for nutrition providers, you’ll coordinate trainings, lead meetings, and offer technical assistance to support quality service delivery. Your work will include maintaining accurate client and service data, reconciling reports, approving reimbursements, and collaborating with fiscal staff to align service levels with available funding. You’ll also contribute to outreach efforts, support program events, and serve as a key liaison with state partners.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, service-driven environment. You'll bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships with providers and community partners. A successful candidate is organized, comfortable managing data and financial information, and able to prioritize competing responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency with technology, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality are essential.
