Cook- Contracted
General Statement of Duties: Assisting full-time cooks (I,II,III) in the preparation and production of meals in a large volume setting.
Job Requirements: Required Qualifications: Knowledge of proper cooking techniques of vegetables, starches and proteins. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume food service facility.

Shift: Position 1 - Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am-2:30pm; Position 2 - Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am-2:30pm
Regular Days Off: Position 1 - Friday and Saturday; Position 2 - Sunday and Monday
Supervision Received: Reports to Cooks (I,II,III)
