Join Our Culinary Team
No Experience Needed - We Will Train You! Entry-level culinary positions with on-the-job training and a career ladder from Cook I to Cook III.
JOB PURPOSE
Perform entry-level general and routine cooking and kitchen tasks under direct supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and Setup: Gather mis-en-place, assist with prep, measure ingredients, set up service line.
- Cooking and Serving: Perform cooking tasks under supervision, assist in serving, prepare leftovers.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean workstation, wash pots/utensils, clean service line and coolers.
- Equipment and Inventory: Notify supervisors of needs, report malfunctions, safely use equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
No prior experience required; training provided.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to learn, basic customer service skills, neat appearance, understanding of food safety, knife skills, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard kitchen environment with exposure to heat and cold. May lift up to 50 lbs.
