Support implementation of CRM-driven communications and
enrollment marketing campaigns.
Manage campaign calendars, project tracking systems, and
operational documentation.
Coordinate across Admissions, Marketing & Communications,
Student Financial Services, IT, and external vendors to ensure
timely execution of projects.
Support recruitment and yield communication planning across
email, SMS, print, web, and event promotion channels.
Assist with student search operations, communication
scheduling, and campaign logistics.
Conduct quality assurance reviews for enrollment communications
and campaign materials.
Track project deliverables and ensure alignment with
institutional brand standards.
Compile recurring campaign reports and operational
updates.
Support enrollment events and strategic enrollment initiatives
as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS -- Qualifications are deemed required or
preferred and represent what is needed to effectively perform
job.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or
related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in enrollment marketing, admissions
operations, communications, or project management required.
- 3-5 years of experience working within CRM platforms required;
experience with Slate CRM strongly preferred.

- Strong organizational, project coordination, and time
management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong
attention to detail.

- Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM communications, email
marketing, social media, and campaign operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
effectively across teams and departments.
- Ability to interpret basic campaign performance data and
reporting metrics.
- Commitment to accuracy, organization, and high-quality
work.
