PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Blackbaud software system experience. Working knowledge of community colleges' role in students' development and the surrounding community and/or working in a Community College. Bilingual in English and Spanish. English and another language will be considered. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with Microsoft Office products and extensive experience working with donor CRM software. (Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge is strongly preferred). A strong customer service ethic and high expectations for quality. Well-developed project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion concerning confidential information. Excellent communication and writing skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Additional Information: Salary range is: $44,000-50,000, commensurate with credentials and relevant experience.
