Job Description
The Coordinator of Examination Services for the Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) is responsible for the support of the preparation and maintenance of examinations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or *2-3 years experience in an academic setting
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate coursework is taken in statistics or higher-level math (or verifiable experience).

Job Duties
- promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large
- promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students
- communicate professionally and effectively with course directors, faculty, designated proctors and Information Services support in preparation for exam day
- prepare and set-up exams preparation and administration schedules
- collect and accurately enter exam questions with accompanying images from designated course directors and faculty
- accurately enter exam question categories for each exam question for performance and outcomes reporting
- manage, supervise and assign proctors during examinations
- monitor security, confidentiality, and quality control of all prepared exams
- create and maintain score spreadsheets for each designated exam
- modify score spreadsheets according to course director requests and in compliance with syllabi language
- enter all exam and assessment scores into learning management system grade center
- manage administration of exam during exam day
- serve as proctor during examinations as needed
- provide reports to the faculty, deans and student progress committee as requested
- work with student services to accurately account for student lists and courses
- participate on university committees
- complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs, both on campus and at extended campus sites
- perform other duties as assigned
