The Coordinator for Internal Operations oversees all operations regarding facilities, including scheduling for all users and all home athletic events. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere open to meeting the reasonable expectations of clients and ensuring high quality customer service in a continuous improvement environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of experience within an intercollegiate athletics department
- Computer background, including Microsoft Suite, Outlook, One Drive
- Strong organization, management and leadership skills
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Experience with hiring and supervision of student employees
- Knowledges of NCAA DII and PSAC rules & regulations
- Previous experience in an NCAA DII athletic department

The starting salary for this position is $40,837.50 for 10-months, based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
