Job Description

The Coordinator of Shelter Resources at the Lincoln Memorial University-College of Veterinary Medicine at Orange Park (LMU-OPCVM) is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of shelter-based clinical resources and services. This position serves as the primary liaison with shelter partners, managing lab schedules, animal use requirements, and the scheduling of faculty, staff, and students at shelter sites. The Coordinator oversees inventory and resource management at partner shelters and collaborates with affiliates to ensure smooth operations. The role is essential in maintaining safe, supportive, and efficient environments for shelters, faculty, staff, and students

Required Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine/Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Veterinary clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of university program goals and objectives
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician
• Relevant experience in higher education
• Experience in animal shelter administration or supervisory roles
