Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of the Registrar invites applications for the position of Coordinator of Student Records and Transcripts. This position reports to the Assistant Registrar for Records. The Coordinator of Student Records and Transcripts is responsible for the oversight and management of the electronic transcript request process, management and delivery of all internal transcript requests, and ensures the accuracy of all academic records in accordance with State and University policies and accreditation standards under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar and Registrar. Must possess a valid Louisiana driver’s license and the ability to complete the Southeastern Driver Safety Course.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by hire date
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and a student information system or enterprise resource planning system (Banner, Oracle, Workday)
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Higher education experience
- Spreadsheet and data management experience
- Willingness to learn new systems
- Must be committed to working with diverse populations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
