Primary Purpose of the Position:

Coordinator of Wellness Center Outreach
The Coordinator of Wellness Center Outreach is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that promote health, wellness, and mental well-being across the campus community. This position serves as a key liaison between the Wellness Center and campus partners, fostering engagement through educational programs, events, and targeted marketing efforts. In addition, the Coordinator manages outreach budgets and resources to ensure effective and sustainable wellness initiatives. The role also includes providing administrative support to licensed clinicians and supervising student support staff to maintain high-quality services and operations.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:

  • Two to five years of experience in an office coordinator role
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA policies and compliance procedures
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
